Privacy Policy

How imgthree collects, uses, shares, and retains personal data.

Last updated: 2026-09-24

Who Operates imgthree

imgthree is a product operated by the imgthree team. Legal and privacy inquiries may be sent to privacy@imgthree.com.

Staging notice: This policy describes the current imgthree staging service for testing and evaluation. The legal operator name and address required for a Production launch have not yet been published. Production availability will require an updated operator disclosure.

Information We Process

We process information needed to provide and secure the service:

  1. Account data — email address, optional name and profile image, email-verification status, account identifiers, and authentication or session records.
  2. Content and activity — prompts, uploaded source images, generated images, task parameters, chat history, and related timestamps and status records.
  3. Billing and credits — product, order, subscription, transaction, credit balance, expiry, and payment-provider identifiers. Creem processes checkout and payment details; imgthree does not store full payment-card numbers.
  4. Support and legal requests — messages and information you provide when contacting us.
  5. Technical and security data — information such as IP address, user agent, request timestamps, and error or rate-limit records when processed by imgthree or its infrastructure providers.
  6. Cookies and local storage — essential data used for login sessions, security, language, and interface preferences. Optional analytics or advertising technologies are used only if they are separately enabled.

Why We Process It

We use this information to:

  • create accounts, verify email addresses, authenticate users, and recover passwords;
  • provide image generation, image editing, history, storage, and support;
  • operate credits, checkout, subscriptions, receipts, refunds, and fraud prevention;
  • diagnose failures, enforce rate limits, protect users and the service, and comply with law;
  • communicate service, security, billing, and support information; and
  • improve the reliability and usability of imgthree.

Service Providers and Data Transfers

Providing imgthree requires data to be sent to service providers. Depending on the feature used, these currently include:

  • Cloudflare for application hosting and, where configured, D1 database storage, R2 object storage, and transactional email delivery;
  • DeepSeek for the chat model that interprets requests and helps coordinate image tasks;
  • Replicate for image generation and editing;
  • Creem as Merchant of Record for checkout, payment processing, subscriptions, tax handling, and payment receipts.

Prompts, uploaded images, generated content, account identifiers, and transaction metadata are shared only as needed for the relevant service. These providers may process data outside your country and under their own terms and privacy notices. We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to lawful requests, or to protect the rights and safety of users, imgthree, and others.

We do not sell personal information.

Retention and Account Deletion

Account, content, and history records are generally retained while your account remains active and as needed to provide the service. Transaction, security, fraud-prevention, and legal records may be retained longer where necessary for accounting, dispute resolution, legal obligations, or enforcement. Deletion from backups and provider systems may take a reasonable period.

imgthree does not currently provide self-service account deletion. To request account and personal-data deletion, email privacy@imgthree.com from your account email address. We may need to verify your identity and may retain records that must be kept by law or for legitimate security, payment, or dispute purposes.

Deleting an imgthree account does not automatically cancel a Creem subscription or create a refund. Please cancel subscriptions through the available billing flow and contact support@imgthree.com if assistance is needed.

Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, receive, object to the processing of, restrict, or delete personal data. Send a request to privacy@imgthree.com. We will verify and respond to valid requests as required by applicable law.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect the service and limit unauthorized access. No internet service or storage system can guarantee complete security. Contact support@imgthree.com if you believe your account or data may be at risk.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as imgthree, its providers, or legal requirements change. We will update the date above and provide additional notice when required.
